By downloading, installing, or playing Wordovia you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game and do not use it.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
Wordovia offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency (coins, gems) and powerup bundles. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded.
Any virtual items, currency, or progress in the game are licensed to you, not owned by you. We reserve the right to modify, manage, or remove virtual goods at any time without liability.
All content in Wordovia — including artwork, code, audio, level designs, trademarks, and the "Wordovia" name — is the exclusive property of the developer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the game, including loss of virtual goods or game progress.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
