Wordovia ("we", "our", or "the game") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Game Progress & Preferences
We store your level completions, in-game currency (coins, gems), powerup inventories, and settings locally on your device using SharedPreferences. If you choose to link a Google account, this data is additionally synced to Firebase Firestore so it is available across your devices.
Account Information
If you link a Google account, we store the associated email address alongside your synced progress. This is used solely to let our support team locate and act on your account if you request its deletion (see the account deletion page linked from our store listing); it is not used for marketing and is never shared with third parties.
Support Requests
If you contact us through the in-app Contact Support form, we collect the category and message you provide, along with your app version number, to help us diagnose your issue. If you are signed in, your account ID is included so we can locate your account.
Advertising
Wordovia displays banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements (which you can choose to watch for an in-game reward) via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID) and usage data to serve and measure ads. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before ads are shown. If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, you can opt out of your information being used for personalised advertising, which some of those laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. In either case you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Choices. Anywhere, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads through your device settings. Purchasing "Remove Ads" removes banner advertisements; rewarded advertisements stay available as an optional choice. For more details see Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party service providers listed above (Google Firebase, Google AdMob) as necessary to operate the game, and only under appropriate data processing agreements.
Local game data is retained until you uninstall the app or manually reset your progress in Settings → Data. Cloud-synced data can be deleted by unlinking your Google account and contacting us at bloodrosestudiosofficial@gmail.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Please contact bloodrosestudiosofficial@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
Wordovia is intended for players aged 13 and above. The game's content rating (for example, 6+) describes how suitable its content is, not the audience it is made for. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
